My yoga (Viniyoga) courses, individual lessons and therapies are tailored to your constitution and current condition. They are intended as a supplement to medical treatment, but do not replace it. If you have serious health problems, please consult your family doctor or specialist.
All yoga (Viniyoga) courses, individual lessons and therapies are held in German.
Yoga classes and therapies can also be held in English. Yoga beginners are very welcome, no previous experience is required. All offers are aimed at adults aged 16 and over.

Please bring comfortable clothing (sportswear), socks, and a towel. Yoga mats are available. If you have your own yoga mat, you can bring it with you.
Prema Yoga Therapy combines breath, movement and mindfulness, strengthens body and mind, relieves stress and supports holistic well-being.
I am recognized by health insurance funds for yoga and complementary therapy using the yoga therapy method. Please check with your supplementary insurance before registering to see if you will receive a reimbursement.
