Terms and Conditions

Scope of Application
Our General Terms and Conditions exclusively apply to all services offered. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable legal regulation. By placing an order, the client agrees to our terms and conditions. Deviating terms require our written consent.

Costs and Payment
The costs depend on the duration of the yoga courses, sessions, or therapies. Please pay for the yoga courses, sessions, or therapies in advance via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend an individual yoga therapy session, please reschedule or cancel it by phone at least 3 days (i.e., 72 hours) in advance. If you miss an individual session without rescheduling or canceling, the full fee (100%) will unfortunately be charged. I therefore greatly appreciate it if you notify me of any changes as early as possible. Furthermore, small-group yoga courses/lessons and therapies cannot be caught up or rescheduled and must be paid in full before the start. These are also non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Late Arrival
Yoga courses, sessions and therapies cannot be extended beyond the agreed time in case of late arrival.

Liability
Participation in the offerings of Prema Sanz Fontan, including the use of training equipment/materials and attendance at yoga courses, sessions or therapies, is at your own risk and responsibility. As a participant, you are responsible for insurance coverage in case of damage to property/furniture or accidents. To the extent legally permissible, Prema Sanz Fontan excludes all liability for direct and indirect damages. It is your responsibility as a participant to obtain appropriate insurance. Prema Sanz Fontan is also not liable for the loss of personal belongings, valuables, money or clothing.

Data Protection
All data required for business processing is stored in compliance with data protection regulations. It is, of course, our policy to treat your data confidentially. We commit to not sharing your data with unauthorized third parties and to protecting it from any unauthorized access.
